In order to help you in preparation we are taking the liberty of giving you some advices:
1. Advertising materials
The Exhibition Management strongly recommends you to prepare your advertising materials in English and in Russian (if possible) because of the language problem (just few posters will help to overcome communication gap.)
Russian-speaking person or special interpreter might be an excellent solution.
2. Visas and accommodation:
For hotel reservation, transportation, visa invitations etc. please contact official travel operator VAO "Intourist".
Intourist will provide you with the list of Moscow hotels, so you will be able to verify the prices for accommodation and reserve a room (rooms) in hotel according to your preferences. Also you can order visa and/or transportation services via VAO "Intourist".
You have 2 ways of making payment for ordered services:
ATTENTION! Because of routine procedures please take care of all necessary arrangements with the travel agency in advance.
3. Forwarding services:
You may contact the Official Forwarder of the Exhibition - "RUSSIA FACHSPEDITION" Dr. LASSMANN Ges.m.b.H. This company is appointed to provide forwarding services to Exhibitors. Besides, Forwarder offers comprehensive insurance servicing, customs clearing, storage of the cargo and all kinds of loading and unloading works.

Please do not forward freight to the Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" until settling with the Forwarding agent!
