Within 5 days after receipt Space Application Form the Organiser will contact the Exhibitor for stand location details. After settlement of stand location Exhibition Management forwards the Exhibitor's manual, the contract and calculation of participation to the Exhibitor. Within 5 working days the Exhibitor has to send signed/stamped contract to the Exhibition Management by fax (or a scanned copy via e-mail). After receiving contract the Exhibition Management invoices the Exhibitor. The invoice should be paid within the time limit and in the amount stipulated in the contract.

After that the Exhibitor has to send three original hard copies of the contract (signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the company) by registered mail to the postal address of the Organizer. One hard copy of the contract signed and stamped by the Organizer shall be sent back to the Exhibitor within 7 working days upon receipt of the contract from the Exhibitor.

Payment should be fulfilled within 5 working days from the date of receiving. After receipt of the payment you will receive the written confirmation of it.

Space reservation

After receipt of prepayment of the stand rental fee an exhibitor will receive the preliminary Confirmation of Stand reservation.

If the Exhibition Management does not receive a signed copy of the contract or Exhibitor's payment is not received within the time limit stipulated in the contract the Preliminary Space Reservation can be stopped.

After receipt of 100% of the stand rental fee an exhibitor will receive the final Confirmation of Stand reservation.

If the Company applies for participation after 1 March 2010 the stand reservation will be done only after payment of 100% of stand rental fee.
